I was praying and asking God, what do you want me to write and share with your children. Last week’s thought was about seeking within. I think if we understand who and whose we are in Christ gives us a better direction and path we must be taking in this new season and new door we are walking through.  Galatians 2:20.

My husband shared with me from a daily read of his about the transformation of the caterpillar into a beautiful butterfly. One day this caterpillar comes to its end and in its dying off as one creature undergoes a metamorphosis. When complete, the creature no longer has any worm-like characteristics and is now winged and beautiful.  It will never crawl through the earth and never again be earthbound. It will live in now as a winged creature it was always meant to become.

As children of God, we were born into this world as an earthbound being, but with the new birth, we are now a new creation in Him.  2 Corin. 5:17.  It’s time for us to no longer be tied to the world, to the flesh, and sin. It’s time for us to seek God’s face and listen to His direction to pray and move into the realm of the heavenly. Start flying. Jesus is preparing His bride.
