Have you ever been in a situation with another Christian, having a discussion about something in the bible and they don’t seem to see the same things you do?  They could be a well-seasoned Christian, but they want to debate with you on a subject.  You both could be right, but what they are saying, is it tradition or bible?  It’s not worth causing division between a brother or sister in Christ. The word says…

Titus 3:9 – But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.

I heard a great saying quoted by a well-known preacher:

It’s not what you say

It’s not what they need

It’s what they will hear

For me, this means, have mercy on those who are not ready to hear and don’t share everything you may know.
