A couple of weeks ago I started on a series based on Luke 4:17-19. Last week’s message God wanted me to share something else.

Today’s subject of what Jesus said strikes a nerve in many Christians. What does the word deliverance mean? Does it make you feel uncomfortable? Why isn’t it being taught in all churches? Demons have to have permission to be attached to a person, even a Christian. They are connected to the soul and body, not the spirit. That is where the Holy Spirit resides if you are a Christian.  Research it yourself.

Jesus constantly was casting out demons from people.

There is major warfare in the spirit going on right now. Who do you think is behind all this fear and evil? The devil.

So why is this omitted from the gospel being taught in most churches? There is a great need for a church, balanced in the word and in the spirit, especially what is going on in today’s world. So much evil, despair, hate, fear, the list goes on and on.

Hosea 4:6 – my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject the, that thou shall be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

God is pretty clear here in His word. We reject His word, He rejects us. Take the time research and study for yourself so you are not left in the dark and have light on what is really going on.

Ephesians 6:12 – for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
